What should you expect?
The premium plan is our flagship service that offers unique programs with all the guess work taken out. This plan includes assigned numbers and an unlimited number of revisions if you require a completely new program in case of injury, competition, or any other unexpected circumstances. The extra guidance with more direct contact with your trainer, and access to a community of like minded people helps you break through plateaus to build strength on the mat. After you have answered the initial questionnaire, it usually takes a few days to put an initial program together that is based on your answers.

How many sessions do I have to do?
Your program is assigned based on an initial questionnaire, which takes into account how many sessions you are able to lift in a week, as well as how many BJJ sessions you train in a week (usually 2-4 sessions per week max).
Do I need previous experience?
No, we take your previous lifting experience into account in order to create an appropriate program for your level.

Our strength programs are designed to improve a range of attributes which are vital to any grappling athlete. The aim is to improve your strength, speed, mobility, and muscular endurance. All of these attributes help towards keeping the body injury free and performing on the mat. To ensure a high quality service we only allow 50 athletes on this tier - contact us to find out more.
